Abstract

The article explores the relationship between artificial intelligence, ancient wisdom, and spiritual exercises, highlighting the risks and opportunities AI presents to contemporary society. By drawing from Greek philosophical traditions and a humanistic vision of humanity, the author proposes a critical reflection on key concepts such as self-care, self-knowledge, and the relationship between technology and nature. The analysis engages with both ancient and modern thought, suggesting a series of spiritual exercises to resist technological dehumanization and rediscover the essence of being human.
