Abstract

The article explores the need for a new ethical and sustainable paradigm for Artificial Intelligence (AI) through the ESG+H model (Environmental, Social, Governance + Health, Human, Happiness). The analysis focuses on key issues such as privacy, algorithmic bias, labor impact, and governance, highlighting the risks of a technology lacking a solid ethical framework. A holistic vision is proposed, integrating environmental, social, and human dimensions to promote a responsible and inclusive use of AI. The ESG+H approach is presented as a guide to steer technological progress toward collective well-being, suggesting strategies of regulation, ethical design, and digital literacy.
